Comparable Credit Facility definition

Comparable Credit Facility means any agreement that evidences Unsecured Indebtedness which contains (a) restrictions on Contractual Obligations of the types set forth in Section 8.08, and (b) a negative pledge and restrictions of the type referred to in clause (d) of the definition of Eligible Property, in each case, that are not more restrictive than the corresponding provisions of this Agreement.
Comparable Credit Facility means a credit agreement entered into by United Rentals or United Rentals (North America), Inc. with a lender or group of lenders on substantially similar terms to the Credit Agreement, including a principal amount of at least twice the Purchase Limit and a maturity date not earlier than the Facility Termination Date (without giving effect to clause (e)).

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
