Comparable Benchmark Price definition

Comparable Benchmark Price means, with respect to any Redemption Date, (i) the average of the Reference Dealer Quotations (as defined below) for such Redemption Date, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Dealer Quotation or (ii) if Mexico obtains fewer than four such Reference Dealer Quotations, the average of all such quotations.
Comparable Benchmark Price means, with respect to any redemption date, (i) the average of the Reference Dealer Quotations for such redemption date, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Dealer Quotation or (ii) if Colombia obtains fewer than four such Reference Dealer Quotations, the average of all such quotations.
Comparable Benchmark Price means (1) the arithmetic average of the Reference Dealer Quotations for such redemption date after excluding the highest and lowest Reference Dealer Quotations, or (2) if the Republic obtains fewer than three Reference Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all Reference Dealer Quotations for such redemption date.
