The Company will not undertake regrades that may compromise outturn quality at the Company’s Site.
In the event Transmission Owner’s Site Representative and Local Distribution Company’s Site Representative are unable in good faith to resolve their disagreement satisfactorily within thirty (30) days from the receipt of notice of the Dispute, either Party may by written notice to the other refer the Dispute to their respective senior management.

Notice to Local Distribution Company shall be to Local Distribution Company’s Site Representative, at the address identified in Exhibit 2.
Exhibit 2 shall list Local Distribution Company’s Site Representative and Transmission Owner’s Site Representative, as may be modified from time to time by the respective Parties.
