COMPANY'S REQUEST or "COMPANY'S ORDER" means a written request or order delivered to the Trustee and signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
