Company’s Manager definition

Company’s Manager means, as of the Effective Date, Investor Member, in its capacity as managing member of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Operating Agreement, and subsequent to the Effective Date, the manager of the Company appointed from time to time pursuant to Company’s Operating Agreement.
Company’s Manager. The person identified on the Purchase Order as the Company’s representative or contact for the purpose of the Contract or such other person(s) notified to the Supplier from time to time. “Contract”: The agreement between the Company and the Supplier consisting of the Purchase Order, any special terms and conditions, these Conditions, the Specification and any other Documents specified in the Purchase Order or otherwise expressly incorporating these Conditions. “Document”: Any document in writing, any drawing, map, plan, diagram, design, picture or other image, tape, disk or other device or record embodying information in any form.
