Company Solution definition

Company Solution means Company Products, Software, products or services from which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is deriving or planning to derive revenue, including from the sale, distribution, provision, license, maintenance, subscription or support thereof.
Company Solution means Enterprise Support Solutions and any other software licensed by Company from third parties provided such third-party software is operated in conjunction with Enterprise Support Solutions.
Company Solution means Company’s proprietary software-as-a-service, on-demand solution and/or any on-premise version, or any component thereof, including all software, systems and, technology included in such solution, as further described in Appendix 1, which may include modifications made in accordance with the Conceptual Design, and which is capable of exchanging financial information with SAP Software including any successor version thereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if required by applicable law, each Party may issue press releases concerning the Company Solution or the cooperation hereunder and other disclosures as required by applicable law without the consent of the other Party, provided the Party making the disclosure provides advance notice to the other party of such disclosure, if permitted by applicable law.

  • Ensure that Company can access the Company Solution and equipment when required by Company to install or provide software updates.

  • Those who may use the Company Solution within the use rights granted in this Agreement and include only the following: Authority, airlines, and ground handlers selected by Authority (including their respective personnel), using, or serviced on the applicable Services by Authority in the scope of this Agreement at check-in counters, transfer counters, gates, and arrivals counters.

  • In each instance, such access shall be subject to the Master Subscription Agreement for the Company Solution signed by SAP and Company.

  • Company grants SAP the right to access the Company Solution for the purpose of testing the interoperability between SAP Software and the Company Solution.

Company Solution means all material software from which CECity is currently deriving or planning to derive revenue from the sale, license, maintenance, subscription, support or provision thereof.
Company Solution means a Company software-as-a-service application identified in any Order Form that allows Authorized Users to access certain features and functions through a web interface.

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Dialysis solution means either the commercially available, unopened, sterile solutions whose
