Company Severance Payments definition

Company Severance Payments has the meaning set forth in clause (h) of the definition of Excluded Liabilities.
Company Severance Payments means any payments to employees for agreed severance in connection with the Merger listed on Schedule 3.1(a)(xvi) of the Disclosure Schedule (not including any amounts included in the Company Sale Bonus Amount).
Company Severance Payments shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1(a) of the Agreement.

Company Severance Payments means the aggregate amount of cash severance and the dollar value of benefits Company (or any affiliate of or successor to Company) is obligated to pay under the Contracts set forth on Part 1.1-CSP of the Company Disclosure Letter, which is $1,395,382 as of the date of this Agreement (“Current Aggregate Severance Amount”).
