Company Separation definition

Company Separation means the separation of the Company’s soluble guanylate cyclase business from Ironwood.
Company Separation means the planned separation of the Company's power-related businesses from its media businesses by way of a tax-free dividend to shareholders of the Company forming a publicly traded company holding the power-related businesses.
