Company Reserve Report has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13.

More Definitions of Company Reserve Report

Company Reserve Report means the reserve report as of December 31, 2004, prepared by the Company, as audited by Netherland, Sxxxxx & Associates, Inc., and provided to Parent.
