Examples of Company MSPP in a sentence

  • Not more than 7,000 Shares will be issuable pursuant to the Company MSPP based on outstanding salary, bonus and annual retainer and meeting fee deferral elections, assuming the “Fair Market Value” (as defined in the Company MSPP) of a Share on the date any such Shares are provided is equal to the Merger Consideration.
