Company Mark definition

Company Mark includes all trademarks, s▇▇▇▇ce marks logos, or tradenames of the Company and its affiliates.
Company Mark means any name, logo, trademark, service mark or other proprietary designation selected for use in connection with the Card Plan.
Company Mark is defined in Section 6.13.

Company Mark means any Trademark of a Party or its Affiliates (including the corporate name of a Party or any of its Affiliates) which is adopted by such Party for use on or in connection with goods (other than the Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products) or services.
