Company LCs means all letters of credit, performance bonds, guarantees in lieu of letters of credit and performance bonds and other similar contractual obligations entered into by any Seller or any of Sellers' Affiliates (except the Companies) on behalf of or for the benefit of any of the Companies. 1. 42....."Company Owned Real Property" means the Company Real Property owned by the Companies.
