Company Initial Payment has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.3;
Examples of Company Initial Payment in a sentence
The Company Initial Payment shall be made (C) in the case of a termination by Acquisitionco or Symmetry, by 1:00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately after written notice of termination, and (D) in the case of a termination by the Company, prior to or concurrently with such termination.
