Company Environmental Permit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(b).

Company Environmental Permit means any approval, permit, license, clearance or consent required to be obtained from any private person or any Governmental Entity with respect to a Hazardous Materials Activity which is or was conducted by the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
