Company Direction definition

Company Direction or a "Company Request" shall mean a written direction or request of the Company, signed by its (i) Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, or any Vice President and (ii) by its Secretary, any Assistant Secretary, its Treasurer, or any Assistant Treasurer.
Company Direction means a written direction, order or instruction, signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board or its President or any Vice President and by its Treasurer or its Secretary or any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary and delivered to the Trustee. Consolidated Net Tangible Assets:
Company Direction or "Company Request" shall mean a written direction or request of the Company, signed by its Chairman, any Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President and by its Secretary, any Assistant Secretary, its Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer.
