Company Customer Data definition

Company Customer Data. As defined in Section 3.1(b).
Company Customer Data means all Personally Identifiable Information regarding a Company Customer or tax return information (as defined in IRC § 7216) obtained in connection with the provision of Company products and services to such Company Customer.
Company Customer Data means all data, meta data, information or other content (a) transmitted to the Company by users or customers of the Company Products or the Company Sites or collected in the course of business of the Company or (b) otherwise stored, transmitted, used or hosted by or on behalf of the Company.

Company Customer Data means all (a) data or infornation collected from a Cardholder by Company, any of its respective Affiliates or service providers, in connection with a transaction separate and apart from the sale, use or registration of a Card, or (b) data or infornation collected from a Cardholder by Company, any of its respective Affiliates or service providers, in connection with the Rewards Program, provided that such data is limited to name, mailing address, phone numbers and/or email address.
Company Customer Data means all data and information provided by or on behalf of COMPANY Customer, including that which the Registered Users input or upload to the Products.
Company Customer Data means all “customer proprietary network informationbut excludingsubscriber list information” (as such terms are defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 222(h) as of the date hereof) that relate solely to customers of the Company or its Subsidiaries and that was obtained from such customers by, or otherwise in the possession of, the Company or its Subsidiaries prior to the Closing Date, and any compilations thereof, but excluding any information, including any compilation, which is also in the possession of and used prior to the Closing Date (for purposes other than conducting the Business in the State of Hawaii) by Seller or its Affiliates (other than Company and its Subsidiaries).

Related to Company Customer Data

  • Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.
