Company Commitment definition

Company Commitment has the meaning specified in Section 4.22.
Company Commitment has the meaning specified in SECTION 2.23.
Company Commitment means the obligation of the Lender to make Company Loans to the Company in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding up to but not exceeding $9,250,000.
