Companion Card definition

Companion Card means a card issued by the State or Territory the card holder resides in entitling the card holder, who requires attendant care support, to a second Membership for their companion at no charge.
Companion Card means a Spirit Prepaid Reloadable Visa Companion Card issued by us to a Companion Cardholder at the request of the Primary Cardholder and the direction of an Agent, and includes any replacement cards that may be issued from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. References to a Companion Card include all related Security Details. Each Companion Card is linked to a Primary Card;
Companion Card means any personalized Card that you request for any person and that we agree to provide. “Companion Cardholder” means the person to whom we provide a Companion Card. “You” and “your” mean the person to whom the Card Account is registered and who is authorized to use the Card as provided by this Agreement. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Bank” means Stride Bank, N.A., its successors and assigns. “Servicer” means Boldco, LLC which functions as a Card distributor and servicer on behalf of the Bank. “Employer” means the employer you work for. “Unauthorized Use” means that you did not provide, directly, by implication or otherwise, the right to use your Card and you received no benefit from the "unauthorized" purchase (failure to register certain Cards will be considered as not safeguarding your Card).

Companion Card means a Network-branded, single magnetic stripe prepaid debit card that can be used to access a Student Account and may be used by a Participating Student to purchase goods and services, make payments, withdraw funds or reload funds (if applicable to such Program Solution).

You agree to sign the back of the Card immediately upon receipt. The expiration date of the Card is identified on the front of your Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card is not connected in any way to any other account. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not for resale. You will not receive any interest on your funds in the Card Account. The Card will remain the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is nontransferable and it may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, even if we are open. Write down your Card number and the customer service phone number provided in this Agreement on a separate piece of paper in case your Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference.
Companion Card means any personalized Visa Card that the Primary Holder requests for any person and that we agree to provide, and “Companion Cardholder” means the person to whom we provide a Companion Card.

Related to Companion Card

  • Companion means any of the following:

  • Travelling Companion means an individual or individuals travelling with the Insured/Insured Person, provided that, the Insured and such individual(s) are travelling to the same destination and on the same date and such individual(s) is/are also insured under this Policy. For the purpose of this definition, any individual(s) forming part of a group travelling on a tour arranged by a Travel Agent or a tour operator shall not be considered as Travelling Companion, unless the individual(s) is/are part of the family of the Insured/Insured Person.

  • Traveling Companion means a person or persons with whom the Insured has coordinated travel arrangements and intends to travel with during the Trip. A group or tour leader is not considered a traveling companion unless the Insured is sharing room accommodations with the group or tour leader.

  • Travel Companion means an individual, other than an Immediate Family Member, who accompanied the Covered Person on the trip where the emergency occurred.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Companion Class With respect to each Lower Tier Regular Class, any Class of Trust Fund Certificates appearing opposite such Lower Tier Regular Class in the Lower Tier Schedule.

  • Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;

  • Assisted amusement device means an amusement device, skill device, or ride

  • Identification card means an identification card issued under Title 53,

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.
