Community Survey means any survey conducted by Target or Seller prior to the Restructuring as part of the Business (or substantially similar survey) as of the Effective Time of the feedback, opinions, perceptions, and purchase behaviors of consumers residing in a healthcare provider’s primary or secondary service areas.

Community Survey. The Town partnered with Peak to publish a survey to learn more about the Coupeville community’s thoughts, opinions, and priorities for SLR planning. The survey was open between January 27 and February 25, 2023 and was available in both an online and physical paper format. By utilizing a combination of targeted and inclusive distribution methods, the SLR survey was able to gather valuable insights and perspectives from a diverse range of 99 participants. The survey findings are not generalizable to the whole population of Coupeville, as the data was not collected through a random sample.
