Community support program definition
Community support program means an organized group of behavioral healthcare treatment, support, and rehabilitation services designed to help adults (not in the custody of DCYF), who have serious mental illness, function effectively in their communities.
Community support program means a coordinated care and treatment system that provides a network of services through an identified treatment program and staff to ensure ongo- ing therapeutic involvement and individualized treatment in the community for individuals with serious and persistent mental ill- ness.
