Community Recreational Facility means a building or site used for the purpose of active recreation or athletic activities where patrons are predominantly participants and any spectators are incidental. Examples of Community Recreational Facility in a sentence

  • It is possible that, prior to the time the Developer is required to convey to the District the Agreed School Site upon which the Joint Use Land is located, the Developer may choose to construct a Community Recreational Facility on the Joint Use Land.
