Community Objectives definition

Community Objectives means the community focused objectives for the Premises and the Tenant’s use of the same outlined in the Schedule 2; Council includes any successor of Auckland Council and, as required, includes the Orakei Local Board; Fields means the fields to be constructed under the Agreement to Lease, indicatively:

Examples of Community Objectives in a sentence

  • This review may include but is not limited to consideration of facility sharing, partnerships and amalgamations of organisations as well as any submissions made by members of the public or representatives of organisations using or wishing to use the Premises and any other factors relevant to the ability of the Tenant to better attain the Community Objectives.

  • The AppConfig Community is open for participation by any entity meeting the following Member Requirements: • An entity must agree to the terms of this Agreement and become and remain a party to this Agreement; and • An entity must use good faith efforts to support the AppConfig Community Objectives within the AppConfig Community.

  • The Community Group held an objective setting event within the community and agreed on 7 Community Objectives to feed in to the Co-creative Process, these are summarised as:  Health, noise and wellbeing;  Landscape and environment;  Safety;  Local economy;  Active travel and recreation;  Public transport; and  Historic environment.
