Community Nursing Services definition

Community Nursing Services means the ancillary service that provides for the nursing services that focus on the chronic and ongoing health and safety needs of an individual. Community nursing services are provided according to the rules in OAR chapter 411, division 048 and the Oregon State Board of Nursing rules in OAR chapter 851. Community nursing services are available through the Community First Choice state plan.
Community Nursing Services means the community nursing services provided to an entitled person, in respect of which the Commission will accept financial responsibility for under Part 7 of the Principles.
