Community Newspaper Employees, other than cadets and Employees employed outside the Commonwealth, shall be classified by the Employer in one of seven grades as follows.

This schedule applies to all Employees on ARM Newspapers; all ARM Digital Only Publication Employees; all new Regional and/or Community Newspaper Employees other than Geelong Advertiser, the Cairns Post, the Townsville Bulletin and the Gold Coast Bulletin; all new Regional and/or Community Digital Only Publication Employees; all Hyperlocal Employees; where 'new' means employees who commence employment on or after the commencement of the News Corp Australia – MEAA Enterprise Agreement 2021.
