Community Lease definition

Community Lease means, with respect to each Contributed Property and any applicable Successor Property, the Lease and Security Agreement between the applicable Subsidiary of the Company, as lessor, and the applicable Affiliate of HCP, as lessee, which Affiliate will not be a Subsidiary of the Company, for the lease of such Contributed Property or Successor Property, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Community Lease means a legally binding agreement granted to community, sporting or recreation associations and government bodies or other organisations that provide services solely for the benefit of the community. Crown Land means land owned by the Crown and vested in the Shire through the granting of a Management Order. Freehold Land means freehold land (or fee simple) provides the most complete form of ownership of that land, in perpetuity. It allows the land holder to deal with the land including selling, leasing, licensing or mortgaging the land, subject to compliance with applicable laws such as planning and environment laws.
Community Lease means that certain Brooksby Village Retirement Community Amended and Restated Master Lease and Use Agreement dated as of September 16, 1999 and entered into by and between Seller and BVI pursuant to which BVI is the tenant of the Community Facilities, as amended as of Closing.

Examples of Community Lease in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided below, in the Community Lease Addendum, or otherwise provided by applicable law, you may not cancel this Lease for any reason, including, but not limited to, voluntary or involuntary school withdrawal or transfer, marriage, divorce, pregnancy, loss of roommate, bad health, or any other reason other than death, unless agreed to in writing by us.

  • If you still occupy the Premises past the Ending Date or earlier termination of the Lease or possession of the Premises by us pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, or the date contained in your move-out notice, then you owe us Rent plus an additional amount as defined in the Community Lease Addendum for the extra time that you stay in the Premises (payable daily in advance without notice or demand) plus, all of our damages and damages of the person who could not move in because of your holdover.

  • If you request to be relocated, then you shall pay to us a Transfer Fee in the amount set forth in the Community Lease Addendum.

  • The following special provisions have been added to and are a part of this Lease: Community Lease Addendum, Lease Guaranty and Community Policies.

  • You and the other residents of the Apartment must separately pay and provide required deposits and all other applicable fees or expenses for all utilities or services not included in the Rental Installment, as set forth in the Community Lease Addendum, including, but not limited to, gas service, trash removal, telephone service, internet service, water service, sewer service, alarm monitoring and permitting, pest control, and electricity service.

  • The Lessor reserves the right to refuse the use of any and all facilities to any person violating the Community Lease agreement terms.

  • Except for allocated utilities, submetered utilities, and utilities included within the Rental Installment (as set forth in the Community Lease Addendum), you agree that all utilities and services paid for by you and the other residents of the Apartment, will be in your or one of the other residents of the Apartment names prior to, but not later than, the Starting Date.

  • Except for allocated utilities, sub-metered utilities, and utilities included within the Rental Installment (as set forth in the Community Lease Addendum), you agree that all utilities and services paid for by you and the other residents of the Apartment, will be in your or one of the other residents of the Apartment names prior to, but not later than, the Starting Date.

  • You and the other residents of the Apartment must separately pay and provide required deposits and all other applicable fees or expenses for all utilities or services NOT included in the Rental Installment, as set forth in the Community Lease Addendum.

  • Upon expiration or early termination hereof, title to the Improvements shall pass to Landlord subject, however, to the Community Lease (as defined below).

Community Lease means the lease granted to Sun Rivers by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, made June 24, 1996 and effective July 1, 1996 and registered in the Indian Land Registry in Ottawa on July 3, 1996, under number 242856 for a term of 99 years for the Community;
Community Lease means the lease granted by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, made June 24, 1996 and effective July 1, 1996 to Sun Rivers for a term of 99 years for the Community;
