Community First definition

Community First means Community First Banking Company, a Georgia --------------- corporation which will be organized as a first-tier, wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, and which will, upon completion of the Conversion and Reorganization, hold all of the issued and outstanding stock of the Bank.
