Community facility development definition

Community facility development means a development that will be built by a developer on a qualified local brownfield site where the development provides specific benefits to the local community, including but not limited to, a community facility use pursuant to the zoning resolution.
Community facility development means a development of a local brownfield site where the developer is a 501(c)(3) corporation and the development is a facility that provides specific benefits to the local community, including but not limited to, health care facilities or facilities providing open space for community use, or is the recipient of a federal, state, or city grant, excluding grants provided by the office.

  • Community facility means community room, clubhouse, recreation center or similar area for use by residents. Lobbies and laundry facilities must not be considered within the scope of this definition.
