The Home and Community Care (HACC) program is a jointly funded initiative between the Australian Government and States and Territories, implemented in accordance with the Home and Community Care ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Review Agreement for the Home and Community Care Program 2007 and the National Program Guidelines for the Home and Community Care Program 2007 (“HACC Program”).
