Community Campus definition

Community Campus means a campus affiliated to universities in the Recipient’s country and classified by UGC as a grant receiving campus.
Community Campus. A partnership administered by school districts in the Discover College Consortium. The school districts, College, and local businesses work in conjunction to Dual Credit: Students may earn both high school credit and college credit (dual credit) for a majority of the options provided through Discover College/College. A dual credit course shall be a course of study developed in accordance with KRS 164.098 in which a high school student receives credit from both the high school and postsecondary institution in which the student is enrolled upon completion of a single class or designated program of study. Dual Enrollment: A student who is taking a college course that does not satisfy both college and secondary course credit. Because the course does not satisfy credit at both college and high school levels, it does not qualify for the dual credit tuition rate.
Community Campus means facilities providing for a range of cultural, arts and crafts, performance and fitness activities, meeting space, and may include municipal offices, museum, archives, library and other similar uses, as well accessory office, kitchen, restaurant and similar uses.

  • Brechin Community Campus was constructed in 2016 to replace Brechin High School.

  • Dundee and Angus College and Brechin High School worked in partnership to establish The Brechin Community Campus Group comprising representatives from Brechin High School, employers, Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) and Dundee and Angus College.
