Community Based Supplier definition
Community Based Supplier means a supplier of goods, services and/or construction works who resides and operates in a specific area or community, who meets the criteria for Community Based Suppliers as determined by the Director: Supply Chain Management from time to time, and who is registered as such on the XYZ MUNICIPALITY’s Supplier Database and at its respective Sub-Council;
Community Based Supplier means a supplier of goods, services and/or construction works who resides and operates in a specific area or community, who meets the criteria for Community Based Suppliers as determined by the Manager: Supply Chain Management from time to time, and who is registered as such on the Municipality’s Supplier Database (see clause 1.53 below);
