Community Approval Process definition

Community Approval Process means the process set out in Schedule “J” by which the Members affirmed their prior approval of the Sioux Valley Dakota Nation Constitution and approved, and authorized the elected council of Sioux Valley Dakota Nation to sign, this Agreement, the Tripartite Governance Agreement and other documents related to the implementation of the Governance Agreement.
Community Approval Process means the process set out in Schedule “H” by which the Eligible Members of an Entitlement First Nation authorize and direct: (a) the Council of that Entitlement First Nation to execute a Treaty Entitlement Agreement; (b) the Initial Trustees to execute a Trust Agreement; and (c) the Council of that Entitlement First Nation and the Initial Trustees and their successors to execute all other documents to give effect to the Treaty Entitlement Agreement and Trust Agreement;
Community Approval Process means the community approval process established by Section 8 of the Indenture, and the procedures set forth therein. Community Development Account means the account established under Section 10.2 of the Indenture, the use and purpose of which is set out in Section 11 of the Indenture.

  • Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) means the organization of all services for individuals with mental or emotional disorders operated by, or contractually affiliated with, a local Mental Health Authority operated in a specific geographic area of the state under an intergovernmental agreement or direct contract with the Authority.

  • Community rehabilitation program (CRP) means a program that directly provides or facilitates the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities, and provides singly or in combination, services for an individual with a disability to enable the individual to maximize opportunities for employment, including career advancement.

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.
