Communications Provider System the Communications Provider’s Public Electronic “Compliant Equipment” apparatus directly or indirectly connected to a local loop or a Metallic Path Circuit which is operated consistently with the Access Network Frequency Plan and which is reasonably required for the use of the local loop or Metallic Path Circuit for the purposes of providing an electronic communications service, “Condition(s)” General Condition(s) or a condition other than a General Condition which applies to either BT or the Communications Provider as the case may be, being a condition as in force at the date of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated;
