Communications Protocols definition

Communications Protocols means certain Operating Restrictions developed by the Parties pursuant to Exhibit Q that involve procedures and protocols regarding communication with respect to the operation of the Storage Facility pursuant to this Agreement.
Communications Protocols has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the ESSA. “Community Choice Aggregator” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code § 331.1.
Communications Protocols has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • If the Communications Protocols permit direct communication with Architect’s Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers,Owner’s Consultants or Owner’s separate contractors (rather than such communication flowing through Architect, CM/GC or the Owner, as applicable), copies of all such communications shall be provided to the Core Group members as required by the Communications Protocols.

More Definitions of Communications Protocols

Communications Protocols means the set of rules for information exchange to accomplish predefined tasks between two software products running on different computers connected via a network, including, but not limited to, a local area network, a wide area network or the Internet. These rules govern the format, semantics, timing, sequencing, and error control of messages exchanged over a network.
Communications Protocols means the protocols developed by the Parties pursuant to Section 4.5(d) that involve procedures, software, equipment, and protocols regarding communication with respect to the operation of the Storage Facility pursuant to this Agreement.
