If the Communications Protocols permit direct communication with Architect’s Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers,Owner’s Consultants or Owner’s separate contractors (rather than such communication flowing through Architect, CM/GC or the Owner, as applicable), copies of all such communications shall be provided to the Core Group members as required by the Communications Protocols.
