Communications Materials definition

Communications Materials means all publications, extension material, signage, presentations, websites, electronic and social media, and other forms of release or communications pertaining to the Project activities under this Agreement;
Communications Materials means materials produced for the purpose of communicating with residents, including but not limited to business cards, email signature blocks, letterhead, newspaper columns, flyers, photographs, videos, branding (symbols, logos, graphics), householders, newsletters, advertisements, media releases, mail outs, and emails. Communications materials include materials in all media, such as print, displays, and other physical formats, electronic, radio or television and online sources including websites or social media.
Communications Materials means, collectively, those certain client and other letters (and accompanying documents, such as fact sheets, questions and answers and biographical information), announcements, press releases and other materials and information jointly prepared by the parties for distribution to clients, consultants, news sources or the general public, in either written or electronic form, in connection with the execution of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • For the purposes of this Section 12.1, the term "Communications Materials" shall not include (i) "auto-generated" communications (i.e., such as letters acknowledging a filing for grievance or correspondence accompanying a member medical claim); and (ii) communications to members that are initiated and sent by Contractor's contracted medical groups without Contractor's prior knowledge.

  • GRANTEE shall be responsible for complying with the latest Funding Agreement Communications Materials Guidelines during the term of this Agreement, unless otherwise specifically authorized in writing by the LACMTA Chief Communications Officer.

  • If Project Sponsor does not receive a response from LACMTA Communications within seven (7) working days from the day of receipt by LACMTA Communications staff, Project Sponsor may proceed with producing the Communications Materials as proposed.


More Definitions of Communications Materials

Communications Materials means any press releases, communication with any news media, other external communications materials or disclosure documents, or comparable public filing relating to the Restructuring Transactions, including any regulatory filings.
Communications Materials shall have the meaning ascribed to them in clause 3.1.
