Communications Manual definition

Communications Manual means the Tesla Energy Controls and Communication Manual for the System that is published by Tesla or otherwise made available by Tesla to Buyer. “Privacy and Data Protection Laws” means all applicable international, federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules, regulations, directives and governmental requirements relating in any way to the privacy, confidentiality, security and protection of personal data.
