Communication Services Provider definition

Communication Services Provider means a person who provides Communication Services and is chartered by the State of Florida, pursuant to section 362.01, Florida Statutes. A certificate to provide Competitive Local Exchange Telecommunications (CLEC) service or provide Alternative Access Vender (AAV) services granted by the Public Service Commission does not grant the right to provide Wireless Services.
Communication Services Provider means a person that a) has obtained a franchise to provide video service from the California Public Utilities Commission under California Public Utilities Code § 5840 b) has obtained a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the California Public Utilities Commission under California Public Utilities Code § 1001 to provide telecommunications services c) is a telephone corporation as that term is defined in California Public Utilities Code § 234 or d) A California not for profit corporation or subscriber-owned cooperative offering local or Internet-connected communications network infrastructure within the City of Oakland.
Communication Services Provider is a natural person or legal entity (or more entities) which is not a party to any of the Contracting Parties (and is not the Contracting Party), and which operates between the Originator and the Addressee and renders services concerning data messages transferred by means of electronic communication. The conditions for the cooperation between the Contracting Parties and the Communication Services Provider(s) are regulated by special agreements which do not form part of this Agreement and this Agreement does not refer to them.
