The Communication Methods and/or the list of Supported Communications may be modified, expanded or narrowed by written agreement of the Parties at any time during the term of this Agreement.
The CDW Contracting Party and the Trading Partner intend that during the term of this Agreement they will (a) develop, agree to, implement and deploy one or more electronic communication methodologies (the "Communication Methods"), giving due consideration to authentication, security, confidentiality and testing, and (b) employ such Communications Methods to support certain communications (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) (the "Supported Communications").

This Agreement, along with the Communication Methods and Supported Communications developed or employed hereunder, shall govern the transmission and receipt of electronic data and information, provided that the rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall only be affected by communications that have been embodied in a storable format (electronic or printed) and not by oral communications.
This Agreement and the Communication Methods and the Supported Communications employed hereunder shall be kept confidential; and each Party shall treat each electronic communication received from the other Party as confidential and proprietary to the sender and shall preserve the confidentiality of each such communication to the same extent that the receiving Party safeguards its own confidential information.
