communication facilitator means an employee who holds a Sign Language Communication Facilitator College Diploma or equivalent and who is assigned by the Board, under the direction of the principal, to a school/program to assist ▇▇▇▇ and Hard of Hearing students and to facilitate and support their learning in special class and regular class settings.
