Contract ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to submit to Aetna itemized invoices of Communication Costs that Contract ▇▇▇▇▇▇ claims to be reimbursable from the Communication Budget along with appropriate supporting documentation.
Moneyline shall invoice Reuters monthly for the current month’s Communication Costs and Reuters shall remit payment for such Communication Costs no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.

Not included are: Performance Measurement, Extended History (24 months), Extended Investment Review, Client Terminal Access, Custom Programming, Additional On-site Training (after conversion), Documentation (other than two original copies), M&I Workshops, ACH Processing Charges, Day Vest, Deconversion Charges, Hardware/Software Consulting, Call Bond Pass-through Charges, Corporate Action Pass-through Charges, Communication Costs, Courier Costs, and Forms Costs.
Reimbursement to the Fund Member for Crisis Communication Costs incurred is sublimited to $50,000.
