Communication Attempt definition
Communication Attempt means the activity associated with setting up a Communication which may or may not be successful;
Communication Attempt means the activity associated with setting up a Communication which may or may not be successful including Network Chargeable Calls and Chargeable SMS Communications;
Communication Attempt meaning the activity associated with setting up a Communication which may or may not be successful provided that in the case of Emergency Service Calls and Operator Assistance Services, communication attempt shall mean a call (whether complete or not) which is registered by a line counting device positioned as close as practicable to the automatic call distribution equipment used for handling such calls.
