Commtouch definition

Commtouch or the “Company”) as its financial advisor in a Transaction (as defined below) involving the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth below. Further, the parties hereto acknowledge that the prior letter agreement of August 9, 2004 is terminated as of the date hereof, and neither party has any obligation towards the other party as a result of any matter relating thereto and/or activity performed thereunder.
