Comms definition

Comms means “Communications”.
Comms refers to various means of/protocols for communication between center and roadside. The red bow surrounding the “Comms” word is meant to symbolize any kind of communication infrastructure that is not necessary to describe in detail in this document.
Comms means the Communication Branch of the HKPF which will supervise the Contractor in its supply, installation and provision of Warranty Services in respect of the ENE.

  • Absent manifest error or an over-riding Law, if a dispute is raised later than the cut-off date Comms Group may decline to review it, and the Customer must pay all amounts invoiced including disputed amounts.

  • You acknowledge that we may be prevented from supplying the Services as described in full or at all, due to the actions of a Government, the Laws applying in a territory, the terms or policies of our Suppliers, or a Comms Group decision concerning any of the above, and that we have no liability in that event.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
