Common utility area definition

Common utility area means all areas of a rental dwelling, other than the dwelling units themselves, including, but not limited to, all mechanical rooms, utility rooms, storage areas, exit facilities, recreational areas and other public spaces within or connected to the building.

Related to Common utility area

  • Water utility means a public utility as defined in

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • utility structure means transmission and distribution lines

  • Utility system means a water system, solid waste

  • Interconnecting Utility means the utility (which may or may not be Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer) providing interconnection service for the Facility to the Transmission System of that utility.
