Common Users means the number of those unique users, as calculated by Media Metrix in an MM Users Report, who, in a designated calendar month, use, either (x) both (A) a BM Website and (B) a particular Comparison Group Website, or (y) both (C) a BM Website and (D) an Excite Website.
