Common Unit Redemption definition

Common Unit Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a)(i).
Common Unit Redemption or a “Redemption”) its Common A Units at any time beginning on the date hereof.

Examples of Common Unit Redemption in a sentence

  • A Limited Partner may not exercise the Common Unit Redemption Right for less than one thousand (1,000) Common Units or, if such Limited Partner holds less than one thousand (1,000) Common Units, all of the Common Units held by such Limited Partner.

  • The Common Unit Redemption Right provided to Limited Partners under Section 8.04 hereof shall not apply with respect to LTIP Units unless and until they are converted to Common Units as provided in clause (v) below and Section 4.05 hereof.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Date means the day falling ten Business Days after the Early Preference Share Valuation Date.

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Notice means a notice of early redemption of some or all of the Preference Shares given by or on behalf of the Company in accordance with Condition 6 (Notices).

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the Notional Amount multiplied by:
