Common Streets Rules definition
Common Streets Rules means and refer to any Rules and Regulations concerning any Common Streets and Roads including, but not limited to, the maximum and minimum speeds of vehicles using said Common Streets and Roads, all other necessary traffic and parking regulations, and the maximum noise levels of vehicles using said Common Streets and Roads.
