Common Stream(s) definition
Common Stream(s) as herein used means Crude Petroleum moved through Carrier’s pipeline and associated facilities which is commingled or intermixed with other Crude Petroleum in said pipeline or facilities. Carrier’s Common Streams and the characteristics of each shall be determined by the Carrier.
Common Stream(s) means Crude Petroleum moved through Carrier’s System and associated facilities which is commingled or intermixed with other Crude Petroleum in said System.
Common Stream(s) means Product moved through Carrier’s System and associated facilities that is commingled or intermixed with other Product in the System.
