Common Security Trustee definition

Common Security Trustee means Société Générale or any successor to it appointed pursuant to the terms of the Security Agency Agreement.
Common Security Trustee means Citicorp International Limited as the shared security agent under the Intercreditor Agreement.
Common Security Trustee has the meaning set forth in the Common Terms Agreement.
