Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration panel may be entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
For all claims, disputes and actions, City may, at its sole option, either demand and require that the same be litigated in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, or demand and require non-binding mediation under the auspices of and in accordance with the then applicable mediation rules and guidelines of the American Arbitration Association, and/or arbitration in front of a three (3) member arbitration panel under the then applicable Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Executive hereby irrevocably waives any objection which he now or hereafter may have to the laying of venue of any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement brought in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania or the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and any objection on the ground that any such action or proceeding in either of such Courts has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
