Common Norms definition

Common Norms means Common Norms for Skill Development Schemes of the Government of India, issued by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship vide Gazette of Common norms issued vide Notification No. H-22011/2/2014-SDE-I dated 15 Jul 2015 and amendments thereof,
Common Norms means Common Norms prescribed and published by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India and as revised from time to time.

Examples of Common Norms in a sentence

  • The prescribed rate as per category of city/town of residential training centre shall be as per the Common Norms.

  • The following are the objectives of this Scheme:  To encourage and promote Skill Development for the youth throughout the country by aligning itself with the Common Norms guidelines.

  • Computation of Training Cost will be as per the prevailing rates under the Common Norms for the respective Job Role and according to the Course Duration prescribed in the QP-NOS by the respective Sector Skill Council.

  • For candidates from Special Area (as per Common Norms whole of North East is a Special Area) undergoing training outside Special Area, to and fro transportation cost as per actuals, subject to maximum of Rs. 5000/- per trainee may be applicable.
